S&A Systems
The internal shop management platform for Pathfinder Machine & Repair. S&A Systems is used by PMR employees to manage purchase orders, vendors, work orders, and quality documentation across our facilities in Odessa, Texas.
What it does
Purchase Orders
Create, route, and approve purchase orders. Email POs to vendors directly from your Gmail account. Track approval status, packet uploads, and QuickBooks reconciliation.
Work Orders
Track jobs from Quote through Receiving, Production, Delivery, and Completion. See real-time progress for every active job in the shop.
Vendors
Maintain approved vendor records, store certifications and insurance documents, track approval status, and monitor document expiration.
Quality / QMS
Manage the Quality Manual, procedures, SOPs, audits, and forms required for API and ISO compliance.
Access
S&A Systems is an internal application. Access is by invitation only. If you are a Pathfinder Machine & Repair employee or authorized contractor and need access, please contact your manager or an administrator at PMR.
Sign in to your account →Google Account Sign-in & Gmail Access
S&A Systems offers Google as a sign-in option. When signing in with Google, the app may request permission to send purchase order emails from your Gmail account using the gmail.send scope. This permission is used only to send purchase orders to vendors when you explicitly click the “Email PO” button inside the app.
The app does not read your inbox, drafts, sent mail, or any other Gmail data. PMR's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
