Authorized Use

The S&A Systems web application (the “App”), hosted at sa.pathfindermachinerepair.com, is provided for internal use by Pathfinder Machine & Repair employees, approvers, and explicitly invited contractors. Access is granted by invitation only.

User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the App solely for Pathfinder Machine & Repair business purposes.
• Keep account credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Not attempt to access data or functionality outside their assigned role.
• Promptly report any suspected security or data-handling issue to an administrator.

Email Sending

When users send purchase order emails from the App, those emails are sent through the user's own Google account via the Gmail API. The user is responsible for the content and recipients of any email they send.

Termination

Pathfinder Machine & Repair may suspend or terminate any user's access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these terms or change in employment status.

The App is provided “as is” for internal use. Pathfinder Machine & Repair makes no warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any external purpose.
