Who This Applies To

This privacy policy applies to the S&A Systems web application (the “App”), hosted at sa.pathfindermachinerepair.com, used internally by Pathfinder Machine & Repair employees, approvers, and authorized contractors.

Information We Collect

When you sign in we collect:

• Your name and email address (from your Google account or password sign-in).
• Your role and approval limits within the company.
• Records of purchase orders, vendor information, work orders, and quality documents you create or modify.
• An OAuth refresh token (only if you sign in with Google) used solely to send purchase order emails from your Gmail account on your behalf.

How We Use Information

Information is used exclusively for Pathfinder Machine & Repair internal business operations: managing purchase orders, vendor records, work orders, and quality documentation. We do not sell, share, or transmit your information to any third party.

Google User Data

If you sign in with Google, the App requests permission to send email on your behalf via the Gmail API (gmail.send scope). This permission is used only to send purchase orders to vendors when you explicitly click the “Email PO” button. The App never reads your inbox, drafts, sent mail, or any other Gmail data.

Pathfinder Machine & Repair's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Storage

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) databases hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to authenticated users with appropriate role-based permissions.

Data Retention & Deletion

Records are retained for as long as needed to support business and compliance requirements. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting an administrator at Pathfinder Machine & Repair.
